1. Registration and Payment

By registering for a course and making the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances except as explicitly stated in these terms.

Payment for the course confirms your commitment to attend and secure your spot in the class.
2. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend the course, you may transfer your registration to another individual.

Transfer requests must be made in writing before the course starts.
3. Minimum Participants Requirement

A minimum of 15 participants is required for the course to proceed.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled.

In the event of cancellation due to insufficient participants, a full refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling by Trainer

The trainer reserves the right to reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of rescheduling, participants will be notified as soon as possible.

If the new date is not suitable, participants may choose to withdraw from the course and receive a full refund.
5. Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

Cancellation of the course by the trainer due to insufficient participants.

Rescheduling of the course by the trainer, and the participant chooses not to attend the rescheduled date.

All refund requests must be made in writing and submitted within 7 days of notification of the rescheduled date.
6. Liability

The business owner/trainer is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the course.

The business owner/trainer's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the course.
7. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and making payment for the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
